How to un-install Progress 9.1C

Win2k pro workstations, has Progress 9.1C installed.

Loaded 9.1D for testing.

Testing is over and we wish to stay with 9.1D and un-install 9.1C.

We cannot remove it through the "Add-Remove" in control panel.

Any suggestions

Have you looked at the options in the Start menu:
Start -> programs -> Progress V9.1C 9or whatever your program group is called). There should be an Uninstall option. If it's been removed then basically you're snookered.

Because you have two releases of the same version installed you might run into problems no matter how you try to uninstall the product. I would suggest that you visit the Progress Tech Support Knowledgebase at:

http://esupport.progress.com/

and search for KB article #18709 related to manually remvoing registry settings. You might also try a general text search for "uninstall 9.1" and browse the 18 returned articles for relevance.
