how to transfer incoming call to external phone 1

hi, i have avaya partner acs r7 system that i setup ext .17 remote call (feature 11 speed dial 81) for forwarding (it work, i can call ext .17 from ext 18 and it forward to speed dial 81).
the only question is how do i setup incoming call from line auto do forwarding? line 1 call in all phone ring but not forwarding??

It will not forward unless the ext owns the line. You need to program line ownership for the line to ext 17.

is this will affect the auto attendant? how you set the line ownership?

You can transfer from the auto attendant to Ext. 17 and it will follow the forward
