How to transfer 85 user profiles from one sever to another?

I am setting up a windows 2000 server and want to transfer all user to the new one without having to retype all of the profiles.

If you add the 2000 server to the same domain as the NT server and allow it to replicate the SAM database will be replicated to the 2000 server. The SAM database would include users groups and computer accounts.

One other option is to write a simple VB script to create all the users, folders and shares for you automatically. I had to add 1400 users to a Windows 2000 domain and I wasn't about to do it manually. The script only takes about 15 seconds to create everything.
