How to test command line args 5

When running my console app with visual studio in debug mode, is there a place I can specify what I want the command line parameters to be for testing purposes?

In the Configuration Settings -> Debugging section of the project properties, there is a Command Line Arguments property.

Where do I find the Configuration Settings?

Right click on the project in the solution explorer and select "properties".
