I have a photograph that contains a person standing on the left side and I want to stretch the right side of the image to extend the photo. How can I just stretch the right side without distorting the person on the left?

Thanks,

Dave

If i understand this correctly, you could do the following. Otherwise, try and clear up the question a little more.

You could cut the image in half (or whatever it takes to get the person out of the picture. Then go ahead and stretch the tight side of the remaining picture. Then paste the person back onto the left side of the stretched picture.

with the image open make a rectangular marque around a small portion of the right side of the image. Select Cut and then paste. Move the pasted part of the image over and keep doing that until the image has grown to the size you want.
