How to stop ZoneAlarm disabling NETBIOS ?

I use NETBIOS for computer names on a SOHO LAN. I know the IP address range, and set it up as "TRUSTED" zone in Zone Alarm. This particular machine is running Win98.

But ZoneAlarm still insists on blocking NETBIOS, with the result I cannot see any computer names from the LAN.

If I shut down ZoneAlarm then the names work fine.

Any ideas on how to make ZoneAlarm work with NetBIOS?
