How To Stop SQL Server Using An ASP Page?

I was wondering if there is a way to start and stop SQL server using an ASP page. If its possible, how would I go about doing it?

of course you can do it. just run "net stop mssqlserver" and then "net start mssqlserver" or use SQL-DB Management Objects.
