How to STOP "NET SEND" messaging 1

Anyone know how to stop the NET SEND DOS command? I'd like to stop this, but by not DENYing permissions to the CMD.exe file.

Feed back would be greatly appreciated

Disable the Messenger service If the solution is here, let us know it was helpful so others can benefit from it as too

Please forgive me if this sounds silly but How do you disable the Messenger Service?

goto services
look for MESSANGER (service)

right click properties
set to disable and STOP the service
