How to start customizing ePortfolio

We have just installed Enterprise and we want to customize ePortfolio to look like our intranet. Where should we begin? and in what order of events should we proceed?

The book Special Edition Using Crystal Enterprise by Steve Lucas and Roger SanbornISBN 0-7897-2616-5 has a good chapter of customizing ePortfolio. Otherwise start with the style sheet default.css, the image files especially ePortfolio_default.gif and globals.csp.

I have just started going through the same process. The Web Developer guide has some good info under "Understanding EPortfolio" in particular an architecture diagram that includes the settings files and when they are used.

Along this same line I know there is a Crystal Enterprise Web Wizard that can be run does anyone know about that? The way I understand it helps with the customizations. I am struggling with this same issue.

the web wizard is useless - I'm not exaggerating, it really offers no benefit. it comes with the install and can be accessed on the launchpad.
