Hi All,

I need to share a jack (both boards are full and I don't want to buy another one right now) and I'm trying to replicate what I've found elsewhere on our phone system. There's a jack split with two keystone connectors and I'd like to do the same, but I can't figure out how to make it work. It appears that the line is just split using the ethernet cable, which is patched into the panel like all the other phone lines, and I can't find anything in IPO that suggests any extra configuration was done. But when I move that splitter cable to a different jack, only one of the two phones gets power/operates. What is it that I'm missing?

The wall jack you are plugging this splitter into needs to be wired to two station ports on the IPO, one using the blue pair, the other one using the green pair.

Well that was embarrassing. An easy fix though--thanks!
