How to solve the AIC-7902 v4.00 on NW3.12 ?

Hi,
In the Lab environment, installing the NW3.12 into the Supermicro mother board, which SCSI chip is AIC-7902(v4.00 or 4.10.1).
The NW SYS volume connect internal IDE disk, the Data volume connect external diskarray(about 140G, Raid5+HotSpare).
After install NW SYS volume. Sometimes,
it can't create Netware Partitation in the External diskarry. and can't mount the Data volume in the External diskarry after create the Netware partitation. Why ?

Someone, would solve the problem...and How to do ?

How much RAM do you have installed? 3.12 requires a certain amount of RAM per MB of disk space. There is a formula for it, I think it's .023 X disk space divided by block size.

It's installed 512MB(256MB x 2) in the server.
How to config size over 140G in netware 3.12?

When you create your External volume, you should create it with the largest block size possible. That will take less RAM.

Also, do a MEMORY from the console and see if your full 512 is registering. You may have to register some of it manually. There are TIDs on how to do this.

When create the NW3.12 volume appear "minus" but that could be create and mount the external storage(over 120G).
Until now, working the 5 days could not write the data in the volume. Why ?
How to register full 512mb in the NW312?
Could be help to solve it? ASAP Thanks.
