How to shown complete user names on display

I wonder what can I do, to configure the complete user name, of the person who owns an extension, in a BCM 400.

It has been configured so far to shown ONLY 7 characters of the name, so if for example I have a user with the name "John Marx", we have to configure him, just as "JMarx" because of the mentioned restriction.

Please let me know where I can modify that restriction.
