I have tried searching for this on forum so i apologize if this is elsewhere!

If i have a formula that takes totals from a spreadsheet:

=SUM(Start:End!C2)

Is it possible to show the figures that is totaling? Hope this makes sense.
Thanks

I don't think what you want to do is possible. I'm assuming you want to show the full equation in the same cell, and the solution?

If you want to show a summary of each page/sheet on your "summary" sheet, AND a sum/total, then why not have a separate formula for each sheet in a column, and then a simple SUM formula below that for your grand total?

=SUM(Start:End!C2)

Is it possible to show the figures that is totaling?
YES.

Select the cell containing the formula.

In the Formula Bar select the RANGE.

Hit the F9 key and if the number of values in the range is not too many, the array of values will be displayed.

Hit the ESC key to return the range references. If you do not do this, only the values will remain in the formula.[/red]
