How to show drill down details of group in Business Objects

I have a Crystal XI report that I posted into our BO infoview web portal. I can drill down on the groups in the CR XI report but can only drill down to the group info in the preview section of Infoview BO. I can not click on the group in the actual BO report to drill down. Any Help?

Hi,
Check the rights granted on that report - there may be some need to explicitly allow drilling down ( Can't check since I am not near a BOE installation now)

what type of viewer do you have specified,, I am using the advanced dhtml, and it seems to work for me.. but I also have it configured to show the group tree

Turkbear - How do I check the rights on the infoview BO?

jmd0252 - Sorry I am really not sure of what type of viewer it is, this is all i know "Business Objects - Version XI Release 2 SP3"

to both questions,, you have to be in the CMC,, central managent console,, you can look at the report, and look at the "rights" tab,, to see who has the ability to look at the report,, Lets us know, if you cannot, or do not know how to get into the CMC..

I had to go through my IT department to grant access to users of the folder I am in and the reports. I believe where I would find the CMD would be through them correct
