Hi,

When a call in my station, the system start the ec500 function. BUT, my cell phone did not ring. because the pbx sent the original calling number then ISP did not allow these caller make call on this E1 Trunk. If I can sent the my extention number to ISP when a call in ,the call will be allowed to transfer out.

How to configure the EC500 to shield the original calling number?

thanks

I think its "ch xmob conf set 1" change calling number type to PBX.

If that wont work,"ch isdn network" give a name like stripSDN type is 3 leave coding blank. make new route pattern for EC500 calls use stripSDN in the Service\Feature field. this will strip everything. You may already have this built for remote call forward?
