How to setup VOIP on public VPN and have it work?

Here is the scenario. Rogers Rocket HUB, it has a public vpn attached to it. This system is for working as a customer service agent at home. The internet/VPN runs the softwares for work, but the phone is a bell landline. The company says it requires a landline to work. But if it were possible to set up VOIP and have it work with the VPN. That would be excellent. How would you go about setting this up?? Rogers has a VOIP add on for the HUB, but it does not include the VPN attached to the internet.

VoIP doesn't require a landline to work. All it requires is an internet connection that can connect to the VPN you're setting up.
