How to setup the OUTLINE Option in BMS

Hi , we have been trying to make the OUTLINE feature in BMS. We want to send map which contain a field inside
a box .

We defined everything in BMS but it does not work .

I think it should come from our Emulator and would like
to find a sort of complete checklist about how to setup
this feature .

Did anybody experienced that particular problem ?

I think that it has nothing to do with BMS. Ask your systems programmer about it, I think that he has to set up some parms on the systems side of CICS and that your organization has a version of CICS that allows "outline".
A lot of organizations do not allow extended attributes even though they could. Its up to management and the systems programmer. You probably will have to make sure that the BMS mapset definition (DFHMSD) has a parm of extatt=yes to use extended attributes in general.
