How to Setup Paging

I have setup the Route and Trunk port using COT, PAG, and WAT and each time I dial the number I get a fast busy tone. Here is the config for WAT

CTD just can't dial 1s or 0s after an ACCD (except on WAT) - but that doesn't mean UNR isn't a good idea!...it is.

Thank you guys.... I have changed SUPN to NO

SUPN YES <---Changed to NO

It is now working. My conclusion is I messed up and didn't test 78 properly since I did have SUPN set to NO on it. The CLS set at CTD works fine for me.
