I have a bunch of users that want to be able to see each others calendars and contact lists. They want to be able to view, but not change the information in either the calendar or the contact list.
I know that this can be done via Outlook, but I am wondering if there is a way of doing this from Exchange? I am using Exchange2003 and have users with Outlook2003 and a few on Outlook2007.
Is there any way of taking care of this via the exchange server, or do I have to go to each individual machine and setup the delegations?
