How to setup a Proxy Server

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a Q document for setting up a proxy server in Windows 2000?

Q253131 says to go to go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=663, but that tells me that proxy server 2.0 is discontinued. Anywhere else I can get it instead of going to ISA Server?

If you are asking where to download Proxy Server from, it was a product that had to be purchased on CD. The suggested retail price at the time was $995! I don't know if anyone still has a copy for sale. I guess you could check the auction sites. You might also do some web searching for alternative proxy server software. I know there are others out there.
