Well stated. I used to be an IT enterprise admin at a company that ran AccPac ERP 200. Rather than mess around and possibly mess things up further I never hesitated to call in our AccPac business partner. I preferred to pay him $110 CDN an hour for something that he could fix in under an hour than spend a day (or more) trying to figure it out myself. I'm not a programmer and wouldn't even know where to start.

Contact your AccPac business partner. They will be able to help you. This forum is for "IT Professionals". From your posts you seem to not even have a basic grounding in technology.
