can any one tell me how to setup license for remote desktop user

You install a new Lanpak just like any other user. Why, are you getting an error message?

iam using accpac from remote area using remote desktop connection since more than ayear and it was working perfect but from more than aweek it giving me erro when iam trying to use accpac at the remote server and the error was "you dont have license to use this product

Check the registry entry for the SharedData folder, it's either been moved (like a drive that's not mapped anymore), or that user has lost permissions to it.

if the user lost the permission how to configure a new one

or how to map this drive again

Contact your IT department, you need to talk to someone with basic networking skills.

explain to me plz cuz he already dont know how to solve this issue

He doesn't know how to map a drive? And he's an IT administrator? You must be joking.

You need permissions to the shared data folder, it cannot be explained simpler than that.

he dont know what is the problem ... i will ask him to map the drive i hope it will work
thnx alot
