I recently upgraded my BCM50e from r3 to r6 with Nat Transversal Keycode and patched to System 007.201108 and Desktop 001.201106. 1140e can register to BCM on the same network no problem. I have selected the remote teleworker checkbox and inserted the WAN ip for S1 and S2 and no luck. I am using T1 at BCM location and Comcast DSL at remote location. Both are located in the same building for testing purposes so it's easy for me to check setting right now. Firewall of router at BCM location has ports opened 30000-30099, 7000-7004, 5000-5004 all ports forwarded to ip of BCM. What am I missing?

Have you specified your public IP address in IP Subsystem> Public Network> Provisioned Public Address?

buddyholly2020 Yes. Default Gateway in BCM is 192.168.XX.1 which is Private IP to firewall/router. BCM published IP is 192.168.XX.15 Provisioned public address in BCM is e.g. 217.35.6.35 which is the wan address of my firewall/router.

right now port forwarding is set to both TCP/UDP.

I was forwarding as TCP/UDP and no luck. I changed to UDP Only and everything is working fine. Thanks buddyholly2020 for pointing out the obvious. Works Well!!
