How to set up "transfer connect" feature? 1

I am trying to figure out how to setup the "transfer connect" feature in my Definity. The reason behind this is I have some calls that must retain their inbound ANI information after an agent has transferred them to another outbound number. Can anyone help me with this issue?
 
Are you referring to the AT&T transfer connect feature?

If so, you could record an announcement with the proper touch tones and have your agents transfer the caller to that announcement (or better yet have them transfer to a VDN with a vector that plays that announcement so you could report volume on that VDN.)

The network would hear the tones and the call would re-terminate.
