How to set up IIS 7.5 on Windows 7 to get OTCS 2010 to work?

I never could get the permissions to work for IIS 7.5 on Windows 7 Home Premium. I did get it to work with Tomcat 6 after fiddling with the opentext.ini file manually. Now I'm getting input stream errors trying to save workflow maps.
