How would I go about setting up a House account in Aloha 6.2.15 - Has anyone done this in an existing system ?

Create the accounts you need. ID numbers can be between 1 and 31999. I would use 4 or 5 digits for the accounts.
[Maintenance] [Payments] [Tenders]
Create a tender for House accounts. Set it up like one of your cash tenders except, be sure overpayment is not allowed and have it flagged as house account instead of cash.
