3300 running 9.0.3.15,

Sip user licenses applied,

trying to configure for 5302 phones, OR alternately can use 5220 dual mode for testing....

seems to be stuck in the negotiating DHCP sequense on the 5302. When I apply static IP address-subnet-gateway and TFTP address, I get to a username prompt on the 5220. The phone has dialtone, but cannot place a call (incomplete address) Does not appear to be registering to the 3300.

What am I missing????

You accessed the 5220 sets GUI and completed the programming? You set the SIP phones up correctly in the 3300?

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.

I have tried static settings for the tftp server etc, and also tried dhcp option 125.

Do you have an example of the option 125 settings from a site that works????

Thanks

Mitels DHCP option 125 configuration tool did the trick.

Thanks to all who read the original post.....
