how to set local idle time outs

AD Forest is one W2k server and one Win 2003 server. I want to know where in the gpo I can force local timeout for inactivity. Say someone leaves their computer for 15 min. I want that computer to require re-login.

I don't mean this for terminal services. I just want it for local sessions. It is required for PCI compliance.
