Hi y'all,
I've been using Panasonic TES824 for years and everything works fine until few weeks ago when there was a sudden power outage and the battery for the TES824 failed, I had to fix it and turned off the TES824 main unit. Afterwards I found out that the delayed ring for incoming calls at CO1 is no longer working for extension no. 17 (screenshot included with this post at the link below).
Anyone know how to fix this through the KX-TE Maintenance Console?
Also, I've been using the same KX-TE Maintenance Console software since the first installment, is there any newer version released? Or new firmware availabel for the TES824 main unit?
