Dear All:
I came across a question about sending email to tell users who have not filled the online form on a given day. Now I am using Microsoft Access as backend database. I would like to query the database to know who have not submitted their data, then the e-mail list will be generated based upon the query result. At the assigned date, the email need to be sent users. Do you think I can finish this job using ASP and Access database?

Your help is highly appreciated.

Hows your VB :)
I had a similar situation and here is how i dealt with it.
I hope you have access to your server on your company intranet, if no this could be a problem.
First you can create a VB exe which points to your access database. The .exe will read the records and send the mail from the server.

Part 2 will require access to the NT machine.
Then you go to Start - Settings - Control Panel and select schedules tasks.
Then you Add a scheduled task to run the .exe at whatever given time you want.
This is one option, can you let me know if you have access to your machine on the intranet or have you admin access to the box, if you dont I may have another option, but this might be the best one.
