Hello,
I have an NS1000 with a PRI (Port type CO) but I am only able to push out the number id when making a trunk call. Does anyone know how I can push out the company name along with the number so the receiving party can see who is calling?
Thanks,
Shel

Thanks Otoni. That's what I thought as well, but the telco is telling me they don't send that info on the PRI and it should come from the pbx. I'll have to go back to them and see what's going on.

For anyone interested, I found a solution from one of my telco vendors.

For each CO line number, place the company name under PBX Configuration > 10. CO & Incoming Calls > CO Line settings.
And then on your PRI in PBX Configuration > 1. Configuration > Slot, go to the port property of the PRI > Supplementary Service and turn on CNIP. Note you need to OUS the card before making the change.
You then need to change each extension's "CLIP on Extension/CO" to send CO in the extension settings page.

As long as the telco isn't blocking anything on the PRI, the pbx should send whatever name you put in the CO line setting field.
