How to see or know if you been Hacked or

Hi,
Im sure its bee asked before but would appreciate all the advice...
So, is there a way of knowing if someone has been in or is currently in your PC getting - stealing data or storing data via one of your ports connected to a DSL or cable ISP; a software perhaps that does this?

You can also run NETSTAT -AN from a command prompt. That will show you what's connected to what port. A little research will show what connects as what port (i.e. Shut down programs one at a time). Foreign Address is what's connected to your computer

Hello or good morning to you all. I have been looking and asking everyone about this problem, and thought I would try here as well, you just never know if you luck out and find someone that has had same problem and knows how to fix it. Here's the problem. I am running Windows XP professional on a gateway 450mhz's with 192 rams and 16mb 3dfx VooDoo 3000. I mainly use my computer for business and enjoy graphic designing as well, The OS runs great with the tasks I normally do do. I do have one problem that I can't solve. I have one game that I play with friends which is a racing game. The game runs great in the XP OS. But if I am sitting in a server or room waiting for the next race. Someone or an opponent that wants to race will enter the room and join us. When he enters the room, it immediately disconnects me. I have called Microsoft but they say its the game, so I called DTRSC (name of game) Stands for Dirt Track racing sprint cars. I contacted there tech and they have not got to that particular game yet in testing the compatibility in XP. He did say he has had a few calls. They have over 3,000 games to test. They said that Microsoft didn't send them the XP OS ahead of time to allow them to prepare or write patches if needed. Some of the things that I have tried were to run in the compatibility mode which XP has new where you can choose Windows 98. Which is what I was using Prior to the upgrade. ( I did do a clean full install though ). I also have everything shut down in background. Nothing running, although there is a few tricky new things to learn as far as the processes that XP has running. I have a ran into one other person with XP at the racing site and they said that it has been happening to them. Tech guy made an educated guess that it could be since I have latest version of DirectX 8.1v which is what runs in XP and cannot downgrade. Other visitors that have older directX versions will enter the room and will clash with mine and therefore disconnected me. This kind of makes sense because a few times that I am not disconnected. I will ask the person what version they have and they all have had 8.0 or better. The ones that enter and disconnect me, I will reenter the room immediately and ask them what version but none of them seem to never know... lol... Was hoping anyone that is experienced in troubleshooting, could give me some new things to try while I am waiting for a patch for if and when they ever get to it. Sorry for long post, but felt like you needed to know history. Thanks for any help out there.

Can you provide insight on established and listening?

those are all local private ip addresses. Is your pc on a lan?

1292 looks like a yahoo messenger.
