how to schedule to run a code every day on midnight.

Hi Experts,
i want to create a report and email every day on midnight.
How to accomplish this task?
I am using C# and Crystal Report that comes with VS2005.
I am creating a report and saved it as pdf and then want to email this pdf as an attachement every midnight.
I know that windows service can be one of solution, but i dont know why i am not getting that how to check whether current time is 12:00 AM or not.
If any ideas please share.

Please give some suggestions.
