A group of our users like to share their calendar at work. The file that every user created on her desktop pc is on the C: drive of each computer. How can I make all those files saved on the network drive, in our case, the F: drive?

I checked MS Outlook 2002 and couldn't fine the option to let me save a file to a different place other than drive C:. Any ideas?

Thanks.

I have Outlook 2003 and the following will allow me to change where the archive, Personal Folders, and the BCM files are stored. Click Tools > Options > Mail Setup (tab) > Data Files (button) > double-click the entry you want to change.

Note before you point your Personal Folder to a new location, make a copy in that location first. I'm not sure if Outlook will allow others to view your calender (in the Personal Folder) if you have it open.
