how to save graph into .ppt or any format 1

I have made a query on our database finding call failures generated by our switches handyphone calling taiwan.When the query shows-up with graph and the data, i want to save the graph and the data (81 pages up) inot separate format one is in the powerpoint and the other in the excel format.
I am quite new to crystal report.Hope you could help us.

You can export the data as word and delete the graphs at the end and then for PowerPoint you can just copy and paste the graph from Crystal to PP...
