How to run remove program (like Control Panel) through VB/API 1

Hi,
I would like to know if anyone knows the API(s)/code to do the exact same task as windows to remove a program from your computer just like "add/remove programs" in control panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As far as I know there is no "magic" involved. The add/remove programs just activates the uninstallshield of the sepcified program.

If anyone knows something better - I'll be more than happy to know
