How to restore to a separate server

Is it possible to restore the Exchange database to a different Exchange Server. I have to restore couple of emails from one of the mail box and I have configured a test server to restore all the Exchange Data. Both servers are in Exchange 5.5 sp 3.
Please advise how can I restore the data to a separate server.

Check out some of the FAQ's in this forum, they should be most helpful with your problem.
The main thing to make sure of before you start restoring Exchange is to make sure the SAM and Security files on your test server are identical to the original server.
