I have a problem with one of our users. Some time ago he created a local mailbox (equivalent for Outlook: Personal Folders/PST). Then, all of a sudden, he couldn't access it anymore.
It seems that everything he needs is right there (e.g. *.fdr folders), but he can't access it within his BM-Client. When he tries to add the mailbox, he gets an error message saying that the mailbox cannot be accessed.
Does anyone know this problem? If so, how can we recover the emails stored there?
