How to restore from internal back up Avaya release 7.0

I have Avaya Partner Release 7.0 and have 34D button phones. I lost power last night and the phones are not programmed anymore, I don't remember how to restore them by doing a restore from internal memory (backup). Can someone tell me how to do that?

From either extension 10 or 11:

FEATURE 00
System Program

(option 1 is internal)

The display will show the date that the backup was done.

I forgot 1 step.....press "Enter" to begin the restore.

Also....options 3 & 4 will let you restore from auto backups (1 & 2 restore from manual backups).
