How to resolve problem with Coverage Path and incoming call from outside.

Hi,
I have two issue and need help to solve.

1. From outside call , directly call didn’t works for some extensions, ex. After welcome message I can call on 7035, but when I trying to dial 7051 welcome message starts again and again.
2. I have configured call forwarding for unanswered calls, when dialing to 7000 or 7005 and if after 2 ring operator not answers, call will forwarded to ext. 7022.
It’s works only when I call directly to 7000 and 7005 , but after welcome message when i press “0” to connect reseption, calls not forwarded .

I'm confused.. for #1 are the extensions DID's? Where should the calls land or what do you want to happen with them?

When you call from outside, starts voice mail and you hear message "press "0" for operator or type extension "
and when i'm typing some extension voice mail starts again and not forwarding.

Does the phone ring first or it's going straight to voicemail? What do you want the calls to do?

I am confused as well are you saying you want the system to answer with an auto attn that will allow the dialing if all ext numbers ?and if so what do you the no the system is answering with ?
