How to reset Time Zone after setup of 4.6 Client?

Hi all, I have a simple question to ask. I set up a client and they are on a different timezone. Where can I change this setting to reflect they are not on the eastern timezone?

If you are running Notes 4.6, from the Lotus Notes Desktop click on File > Mobil > Edit Current Time/Phone
