How do I reset the sys admin password on the AVAYA Partner voicemail? I don't know if this is the PC card or the full on Partner Mail system. I will have to go check that.
But the login is 0# and enter 4 digit password, then press 9 for system admin, right?
If it is the PC card, there is a backdoor password that only works on site, not remotely. If it is a Partner Messaging, someone can call in and reset the password for you.
For either system, the Administrator's mailbox is 0#, the password and password length depends on how the system is programmed.
