Hi,I have a customer with a BCM 400 version 4.0,they have reporting for call center installed but cant remember admin password.I uninstalled the RCC server and re-installed it thinking it would take the RCC admin password back to default ie 0000,but it doesnt work.Any suggestions? Thanks.

That should have worked. You might try, uninstalling, then removing all RCC files on C drive, empty recycling bin. Then reinstall.

No there is a RAP.EXE (reset admin password) file you have to find on the server, execute that and it asks for a password, I have it posted on the forums somewhere but have to look for the password itself.

Ok I found it, find the RAP.EXE file on your reporter server, run that and it will pop up a box asking for the password:

d286 8ff0

That will reset it to 0000

uninstalling and reinstalling it won't clear it out

Hi

I found the RAP.EXE file but when I put the Password(d286 8ff0) you suggested I use,I get an erroe message saying "the password is not recognised, please re-enter password.

Same issue with the password for RAP not working.

also not able to locate the MySQL password, but pulling up "C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 4.1\data\ccrdb\admin.MYD" in a text editor reveals the admin password.
