How-To Reset PIX 501 to Factory Config?

How do I go about resetting a PIX 501 to the Default Factory Settings?

I do not have PDM access, I will be doing the reset via Console cable connection..

I have tried searching the web and just cannot find any information on how to do this..

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
