How to RESET Passwords?

How do you reset the password on a MICS ksu, or any others like a CICS, M8x24, or 6x16, 3x8's with out taking it apart. My Tech can not get into the unit. I know there is a feature code or something like that to reset the password. I know the ones for the voice mails. any help would be great, thank you Brent.
