How to reset Order Number on OE 1

Hi All,

We are going to migrate our data to another system, and we want to reset the Order number to zero at the cutoff point, but we don't know how to do it properly?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

which fields should I use to calculate the aging AR balance for a customer?
