How to reset Cisco 1601 Router to factory defaults?

How do I reset my Cisco 1601 router back to factory defaults and set it up for the first time again just as if it came out of the box?

(I want to clear out all of the router’s existing settings i.e. config files, settings, passwords, etc...)
