You would use the startup procedure detailed in the installers guide. If you don’t have an installers guide, or you are unfamiliar with the process, it would be best to call a vendor.
maybe we should tell him where to get the manuals...or maybe we should explain how to search for said manual...maybe i should just go to his site at my expense and reset to default and while i am there reprog and train end users on full functionality of said system...at my expense of course...NOT....i guess i dont see anything negative from serenitynows post just the facts...not supposed to be a newbie forum...but maybe we should let post be and some other newbie will answer

Never mind Guys I downloaded the installer manual, Am a newbie when it come to Norstar, Have spent many years installing and maintaning Meridain PABXs, but its the first time had to touch one of these babys..Thanks
Thanks for saying so Sean. Apparently Ace doesn't have worries about every Tom Dick and Harry getting free info online that most of us spent years mastering via schooling and on the job training. Maybe when he has the winning Lotto Numbers he will post them here for all of us to share..
