How to Reroute calls to Attendant Console softkey/ldn -Mitel 3300 MCD 6.0PR1

Hi guys,

How do I reroute call that are either inbound from trunk or internal extension ringing to as Attendant Console soft key / ldn on a Mitel 5540 IP console --system is a 3300 MCD 6.0PR1?

I do not see where to tell the Mitel to perform the Reroute function after X amount of seconds, to say a hunt group.
 
can you not assign a 1st alternate on the Softkey number ?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
- Reroute after X seconds is in your COS settings
- Where to go, you should be able to use call re-routing 1st alternative.
 
Console soft key will appear in Call reroute form.
It will follow COS timers of Console as it is a virtual number and does not have a COS of its own. Also check System Options for System wide reroute timers.

1st alternate will map it to voicemail as everyone else has pointed out.
