How to repeat records for labels a variable # of times.

How do I get labels to print "X" number of times? I have a database with column 1 = customer name column 2 = city column 3 = # of labels. If value of column 3 is 0, I want no label.... If value is 2, I want 2 labels, if 1, then 1, etc...... HELP
